Why I have some troubles in accessing Edulai Academy?

You need to first check you are using Chrome as your main Internet Browser. Once there you need to login into the page with your Id and password, click on "site home" and then on "21st Century Skills Demo".

Is there a tutorial on how to make the most out of this section?

Yes, when first accessing this section you will see a series of suggestions that will automatically display as a guide. You can always replay this tutorial by clicking on the icon with a question mark.

How can I filter my research?

Accepted Answer

Each skill page has a search bar with some filters: resource name, difficulty, type, duration and language. To apply the filters you have to click on the Search button, while if you want to clear all filters you just have to click on the Reset button.

If a resource doesn't open in Edulai, can I open it in a new window?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is recommended that you open up a resource in a new window by clicking on the “Open in new window” green button placed at the bottom of the resource window.

Why sometimes a new window does not open up while accessing resources?

Accepted Answer

Because you need to allow your browser to open up pop up window in your screen. If this functionalities is disabled resources will not open up for you on the Internet.

What are recommended resources?

Recommended resources are automatically suggested by Edulai using the Artificial Intelligence engine. They are the first resources you will see in each section and can be recognized by their blue background.

Can I add a new resource to the system?

Yes, you can add new resources to the system. Once they are approved you will be able to see them in the most suitable section previously selected.

Can I repeat the initial self-assessment on skills?

Yes, you can repeat the self-assessment by clicking on the avatar icon placed on the top right corner of the page and scrolling the page down until you see the “repeat assessment” yellow button.
