Each skill page has a search bar with some filters: resource name, difficulty, type, duration and language. To apply the filters you have to click on the Search button, while if you want to clear all filters you just have to click on the Reset button.

Yes, you can add new resources to the system. Once they are approved you will be able to see them in the most suitable section previously selected.
